From Milwaukee, head south through Chicago and east to Cleveland. From Erie, PA, say goodbye to the lakes and hello to 175 miles on I-86 into scenic upstate New York. From here, find US-15 South, cross back over into PA, and turn onto 287-South to reach Tioga. We’re just west of town, 3 miles up Cowanesque St/Mann Hill Rd.
